Permission is granted to use GumTape for personal or organizational work order management purposes. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by GumTape at any time.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
GumTape is provided as a cloud service with the option to bring your own database. Service availability is subject to standard operational practices and maintenance windows.
All data entered into GumTape remains the property of your organization. When using the bring-your-own-database option, your data stays on your infrastructure. You may export or delete your data at any time.
GumTape is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim all warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
In no event shall GumTape or its contributors be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the software, even if we have been notified of the possibility of such damages.
GumTape may revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using this software you are agreeing to be bound by the then-current version of these terms.
